A message from the managing director, Dean:
T D Shaw ltd was formed by my father, Trevor Shaw, in November 1972. I joined the company as a fulltime employee in July 1978 after gaining a National Diploma in Building management. During my teenage years I also worked alongside my father, gaining experience, during the school holidays.
After my father passed away in 1985 I took over the running of the company and was assisted by the guidance of trusted sub-contractors. To date, some of these sub-contractors are still with us after also having moved on a generation.

Other sub-contractors, whom have worked with the company for many years, are used for plumbing (DSMugridge), plastering, electrical work, decoratoring and any additional requirements beyond the teams official training/skills!
